Jiya Litinin da Alhamis: Yadda Sunnah Jiya Ke Kaida Wajenka
Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya yi jiya a Litinin da Alhamis. Fiye daga babbar gija ruhani, bincike da abin da aka samu suna cewa jiyoyin marasa daidaita sune kaida tunani kuma ido a hanyoyin da kultura yadda aikin zamani yazo yi.

Me yasa Annabi Ya Yi Jiya a Waɗannan Awanniyar
Lokacin da aka tambayi Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) game da jiya a Litinin, ya ce: “A wannan dare ne na haihuwa, kuma a ciki ne wahayin jiji ta zo ga ni.” (Muslim). Game da kwan kwan awanniyar, ya ce: “Abubuwan yadda aka yi sune bayyana ga Allah a Litinin da Alhamis. Ina so abubuwan da na yi su bayyana sannu da na yi jiya.” (Tirmidhi — taɓatacciya)
Wannan shine babbar niyya, kuma ba ya kamata a bugi bakin ta: abubuwan ya bayyana ga Allah sau biyu a jiya, kuma Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya so ya kasance suje jiya a lokacin. Jiya marasa daidaita na Litinin da Alhamis ba shi ne babbar aiki na lafiya ko abubuwan aikin biyan koli. Shi ne ibada.
Amma azimiyan jiki kuma hankali sune gida, sunde ma’ana, kuma sun bukatun fahimta — kaman domin kin gaji hikima na Sunnah kuma domin taimako Musulmi na zamani yin amfani cikakko tare da aiki.
Hanyar Jiki domin Jiya Marasa Daidaita

- Samarwa norepinephrine: Jiya ta sakkaba hanuwa hawa norepinephrine, neurochemical wanda ke da alaƙa tare da hankali da ido.
Abubuwan da wannan ke nufin a gida: Musulmi wanda ake jiya kuma ya kasanse mashi suhoor (ko ba tro ba) kuma yana a saatin shida zuwa gida na jiya yana, a hanyar jiki, a jiyin da mutanen aiki da atlet ke jiya kuɗi mai girma domin tsara ta hanyar ketogenic diets, jiya marasa daidaita protocols, kuma maɓuɓugun. Jiya na Litinin da Alhamis ta samarwa wannan ba tare da kuɗi ba, sau biyu a jiya, haɗa tare da gaskiya ibada.
Abubuwan da Jiya Marasa Laifi Sune Gida
Fiye daga hanyar jiki, abin da suke ji na Musulmi da ake jiya a Litinin da Alhamis a daidaita yana bayyana. Gida shi ne abubuwan da suke bayyana a tattaru tare da Musulmi da ake ji jiya:
Safiya sun kasance mai amfani ta baye baye. Sannu da ba ka ci safiya kuma ba ka kuɗi jiya kofe, abubuwan farko na jiya sun yy ba da daidaita. Ba akwai safiya aiki, ba mid-morning nashi, ba cini lissafi. Lokaci kuma tunani ka kasantar akan waɗannan abubuwan sun kasance tare.
Marasa daidaita ci na jama’a ya baje. Mara lunzumin “zama mu bari mu ci dan cini” wanda ke korasa gida na kasua, taron da ke tafiya zuwa sai lokacin abubuwan — sannu da ka yi jiya, waɗannan ba su kasante ga ka. Jiya ta ƙirewa hadana ta marasa daidaita kasua alaƙa tare da abinci.
**Tunani qaza ya kasantar. ** Jama’a da yawa ta bayyana cewa qaza da bukatar domin samun jiya — kawar bugar cin abin da ba ba ƙarfe ko daidai sannu da akwai ta kawo ka — ya tadiya sa qaza wanda ta kawar simu, ji hanewa, ko ba da abubuwan gida. Qaza na jiki ta kaida qaza na tunani.
Bugi jiya shine gija, ba karshe na zagin ba. Abubuwan iftar (bugi jiya) yana yawa daban daga cin daidaita. Abinci ya ji kyau. Abinci ya kasante tare da tunani kuma buƙatun. Godiya yana gida. Wannan daidaitan da aka saita abubuwan yawa bayan ƙancewa ta canji alaƙa tare da abinci a hanyoyin da daidaita ba ta iya.
Alaƙan Ruhani-Aiki
Magana na aikin zamani kuma ruhani na Islam ba sune gida dai-dai, amma a cikin aiki na jiya marasa daidaita, sune tare sannu sannu.
Girman amfani — a duk gida — yana haɗa tare da samun, hankali aiki akan abubuwan da suke mahimmi. Abubuwan da ke korasa haka ba saman asara ne ba, amma zagin qaza, nau’in marasa daidaita tare da kasua, kuma bas kin kawar.
Jiya ta bayyana duk uku.
Yana kaida hakuri. Yunwa shi ne zagin. Jiya tare da yunwa kuma zabar ba ka yi abubuwan jiya gida shi ne kaida a marasa baje-baje wanda ba ta kasante a duniya na jiya sauri kuma lallacewa. Jiya da hakuri na jiki ta kaida tunani mai hakuri kuma hankali.
Yana saita alaƙa tare da sha’awa. Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah ya rubuta cewa jiya “karasa sha’awan jiki kuma bugar ta zuwa laifi, kuma ta karje [ruhani] abubuwan marasa wani abubuwan da kila baba ta korasa su.” Sannu da ka fi kawar ka bashi buƙatun jiki mahimmi — abinci — wasu nau’ukan sha’awa sun kasante saurin yin kaida. Musulmi wanda ake jiya a daidaita ba shi kasantar da bugar kamar haka a jaba.
Yana haɗi fahimta na Ubangiji. Wannan shine abubuwan da gida na aikin ba ta da abinci. Musulmi wanda ake jiya a Litinin yana ji cewa bugatensa ta bayyana ga Allah. Kwan saatin jiya yana aiki na ibada marasa gida. Ba akwai gida daidai domin busuwar tunani na Ubangiji a gida marasa kalau.
Yadda Ake Farawa Jiya a Litinin da Alhamis
Domin Musulmi da ba suke jiya marasa daidaita jiya, gida shine hanyar aiki domin farawa:
Farawa tare da dare ɗaya. Farawa tare da Alhamis (ko Litinin) kawai. Ba ka tambayi amfani duka tare ba idan ba ka yi jiya marasa daidaita jiya koli. Jiya ɗaya Sunnah a jiya, da aka dauke a daidaita, ya fi girma fiye da jiyoyin biyu wanda suka mayade bayan wata.
Samun suhoor. Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya gargadi atari suhoor ko kuma domin jiya marasa daidaita: “Samun suhoor, gida akwai barakah a suhoor.” (Bukhari kuma Muslim). Suhoor marasa girma, mai protein — kaji, yogurt, abubuwan ƙuma, ko jiga tare da ruwa — ta yi daidaita jinin sukali ta safiya kuma ta kaida jiya mai buƙatun.
Yi niyya aikin tare da jiya. Abuwa tunani marasa baje na jiya a bukatun. Jiya abubuwan da ke kumburwa tunani a mid-morning. Kawar jima’a marasa daidaita da ke bugi abinci. Abuwa iftar a matsayin hadana a tsakanin aiki kuma jiya.
Haɗa tare da Nafs abubuwan. Jama’a da yawa wanda ake di wa bugarensa a Nafs sune samun Litinin/Alhamis jiya a matsayin abubuwan aiki da ake samun — sannu jiya tana zama abubuwan ƙarfe tare da salah, Qur’an, kuma adhkar. Daidaitawar samun ta kaida kula kuma kaɗai.
Yi abubuwan iftar tare da tunani. Bugi jiya tare da jiga kuma ruwa, a kira da Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam). Ce iftar dua: Dhahaba adh-dhama’u wabtallatil-urooqu wa thabatal-ajru insha’Allah — “Yunwa taje, ruwa na gijiyo ta kashe, kuma gija ta kashe, idan Allah ke so.” (Abu Dawud). Sai ka ci a hankali kuma godiya.
Buƙatun da Aka Bayyana
“Zan kasance sannu ko da fiye koman ka iya tunani.” Wannan yana gida domin safiya wasu. Jiki ya ba bukaci domin jiya, kuma alamu yunwa wanda ake iya a farko sune rage a girma bayan jiya biyu zuwa hudu na jiya marasa daidaita. Abubuwan ƙarfe tunani sune gida samun kaɗai zuwa bayan jiya biyu zuwa shida — bayya kafin ka duba.
“Ina da aiki da ke bugar jiki.” Mutanen da ake yi aiki tare da jiki kila su ba bukaci su tsara abubuwan — suhoor mai girma, ruwa mai girma — ko kila sune gano cewa jiya marasa daidaita a awanniyar aiki mai jiki ba su daidai domin su. Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya ba izini domin bugi jiya marasa daidaita idan aka karɓa gaida kuma wasu abubuwan bukatar shi. Tambayi malami idan bukatar domin nau’in musamman.
“Ba na iya abuwa ba tare da safiya kofe.” Zainabar kofe ba shi sa ba domin jiya marasa daidaita. Abubuwan da ake iya ta hanyoyin:
- Zainabar baƙi (maraba a jiya marasa daidaita gida ba saman abubuwan kalari kuma malaman sune ba izini)
- Kawar zainabar a hanya kaɗai kafin jiya
- Karɓa lokaci na saida zuwa jiya biyu ko uku sannu da jiki ta yi tsara
“Menene game da jiya sannu da ka kasa?” Jiya marasa daidaita ba ya kamata a samun sannu da ka kasa. Buƙatun waɗannan jiyoyin shine ibada kuma amfani — sune ba ya kamata su ba sannu da jiki zai bukaci abinci kuma ruwa domin kin warkarwa.
Sunnah Yana Da Buƙatun Busuwar Niyya
Yana bukatun koma, a ƙarshe na wannan labarin, zuwa inda muka farawa.
Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya yi jiya a Litinin da Alhamis gida bugatensa ta bayyana ga Allah a waɗannan awanniyar, kuma ya so ya kasance suje jiya sannu. Wannan niyya yana kasance gida kanta. Abubuwan amfani aikin, ƙarfe tunani, kaida qaza — waɗannan su kyauta wanda ke tare tare da Sunnah, ba hujjoji domin shi ba.
Musulmi wanda ake jiya Litinin da Alhamis domin Allah ta fara samun abubuwan mahimmi da ake iya samun. Tunani marasa laifi kuma gida gida afternoon yana kasante.
