Tsarin Shiri wanda Ta Sannu Kaɗai Gida
Kafin kalentar dijital, kafin tsarin aiki na lokaci, kafin Pomodoro Technique — Muslim sune da tsarin shiri da suka gina jije a imani su.
Sallaki biyar. Sasshi biyar na shiru a ranar. Kowa haɗin ga wuri na musamman a fili na rana, nufin tsarin kaɗai yana ajiyewa tare da kaɗan, tare da wuri ka, tare da saurin duniya. Kowa salat sune kaɗai ta adhan — kira da ana iya ji ta nufin saurin tunkatsi.
Wannan ba jiya ba. Tsarin sallat Islamic ya gina daga shi Allah wanda ya gina jikinka, wanda ya gina sa tunanin kuma shamaruwa kuma bukatun tunate a jikin ɗan Adam.

Amsa ta gaskiya shine yawancin jiya ba shi jiye saboba sallat — sallat sune kura a jiya wanda ta gina saboba aiki, kasuwa, kuma bukatun jama’a.
Sallaki sune daɗun har sai ka iza lokaci, yana gida tsakanin taron, suna dunƙule a wuri kafir, ko akai-akai sune watseye. Sallat ta kasua amsa maimakon gida.
Jiya wannan sune jiya: abin wanda yana kama idan ka gina ranar ka saboba sallaki, kuma me ya saba duk haka yana sarrafa deen kyau kuma abubuwan aiki kyau.
Sallaki Biyar azaman Sasshi Biyar na Lokaci
Subhi — Sasshi 0: Safiya Wanda Aka Karya
Sallatin Subhi a jiya ne farko na ranar naka, ba kaɗan alarm ba. Komai kafin Subhi sune dare; komai baje da sune ranar.
Lokaci da ka yi Subhi kuma ka ci gaba wakarta, ka buɗe safiya wajin da Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya ce yana da alheri. Wajen jiya — fakkaryen daga Subhi zuwa cikakken safiya — kaɗai kawo rili naka mafi karfi na tunate (in ka yi baci mai ishe).
Abin da za a yi a sasshi Subhi:
- Sallatin Subhi + adhkar safiya (dakika 20–30)
- Karantawa Qur’an (dakika 15–30)
- Abubuwan mahimmanci kaɗai na ranar naka (dakika 60–90)
- Wasa mafi sauki ko jiya
Sasshi wannan sune lokaci wanda ba iya soke don abubuwan waje mai arziki. Karya shi ta ba duba telefon har sai baje ka.
Ayyukan mahimmanci: Kwanta gida kaɗan kafin sallatin Subhi ba wa. Yawancin Muslim na abubuwan aiki sune kwanta kafin 11pm yana sarrafa Subhi kaɗan daban ta kwanta a 1am.
Dhuhur — Sasshi 1: Canjin Cikakke
Dhuhur ya zo kusan cikakke na ranar, fakkaryen kusan sati ko 1pm kada kaɗan. Ya nuna lokaci da rana ta fara saukowa.
Sa lokaci, ka yi abubuwan aiki kaɗan ardu lokaci ta safiya. Shamaruwa na rili yana tattara kaɗai. Dhuhur sune shirye akai-akai.
Sasshi Dhuhur:
- Katse abin da ka yi lokaci da adhan ta kari
- Yi wudu — abubuwan da aka gida yana sasshi na tunate
- Yi sallatin Dhuhur (hada sunnah 4 kafin)
- Adhkar baje da sallat
- Ci ciyawa mai kaɗan
- Idan zai iya, hutu karami (qaylula)
Juyowa zuwa abubuwan aiki baje da Dhuhur, ka shiga abin wanda abubuwan aiki suke kira “second wind” — sasshi ta biyu na tunate wanda ya kawo ka zuwa Asr.
Abin da za a yi a sasshi Dhuhur-zuwa-Asr:
- Abubuwan sarrafa, jija, taron
- Abubuwan wanda bukatarsu magana maimakon tunate mai zuwa
- Abubuwan agani kuma saman abubuwan
Asr — Sasshi 2: Tunate Karjiya na Jiya
Asr ya zo a jiya, fakkaryen tsakanin 3 kuma 5pm kada kaɗan. Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya bayyana jiya game da watsi sallatin Asr: “Wanda suke watsi sallatin Asr kamar suke watsi iyali kuma kudin.” (Bukhari)
Yankunan kalmar ta bayyana ta yawa ta sallat Asr kamar waje abubuwan. Cikakke na jiya sune lokaci da taron suke ƙara, lokaci da tunkarun yana cikakke, lokaci da “abubuwan daya kaɗai” ya kasua bahali don jiya sallat jiya.
Yi amfani da Asr azaman sanadi mai karfi yana warkar matsala.
Abubuwan imanin Asr:
- Lokaci da Asr adhan ya kari, katse duka
- Tunate jiya naka: Menene shirin ranar? Abin da ya kasua? Abin wanda ya rage?
- Yi sallatin Asr + adhkar
- Adua a wannan sarari — tsakanin Asr kuma Maghrib, musamman a Juma’a, sune lokaci da suke karɓi adua mai yawa
Baje da Asr, ranar yana raunin. Lokaci wanda aka rage kafin Maghrib sune kaɓari ga abubuwan ba da iko mai tsattsarke, magana, lokaci iyali — ba fara abubuwan da ke tuɓa mai zuwa.
Maghrib — Sasshi 3: Katse na Ranar
Maghrib a jiya sune tunate ta dangin rayuwa na abubuwan aiki. Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya bugatarwa iyali kuma gida ta kasua tare da Maghrib lokaci.
Lokaci tsakanin Maghrib kuma Isha sune ɗaya daga cikin mara san jiya a ranar. Sune fakkaryen 1–2 lokaci kada kaɗan, kuma sune waje akai-akai lokaci da miyar gida sune gida, jajiya sune cikakken karantawa, kuma saurin kaɗai yana raunin.
Sasshi Maghrib:
- Yi sallatin Maghrib kaɗai lokaci da adhan ya kari
- Ci ciyawa tare da iyali idan zai iya
- Babu abubuwan sirji a lokaci cin ciyawa
- Karantawa mafi sauki, magana iyali, tunate ranar
Sasshi wannan sune karɓo kuma haɗi, ba abubuwan aiki ba. Yi amfani da shi azaman janyewa ne ta abubuwan aiki sune ɗaya daga cikin kuskure mafi yawa Muslim ta yi — kuma ɗaya daga cikin mafi tsada don iyali kuma welkin ruhaniya.
Isha — Sasshi 4: Katse Ruhaniya
Isha ta nuna sanarwa ta ƙarewa na ranar aiki. Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya ba shi son kwanta kafin Isha kuma ci gaba da jiya baje ba da bukatun.
Baje da sallatin Isha, jiya ta kyau sune:
- Adhkar jiya (Al-Mulk, Quls uku, Ayat al-Kursi)
- Amfani telefon kaɗan
- Shirye don ranar da sauran (karami)
- Kwanta a lokaci wanda ya fi kyau
Idan ka iya sa ya takaici a dare, yi amfani tare da sarari kaɗan baje da Isha (lokaci ɗaya, kaɓari) don rubutu ko abubuwan salin kaɗai iya — amma dole ya kasua tare da lokaci kwanta mai karfi wanda karya Subhi.
Tahajjud (ba bukatun amma gida): Wake kafin Subhi don sallatin tahajjud ta samu sasshi na ruhaniya waje. Kaɗai raka’at biyu a shiru na dare yana na nauyi Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya ce babu daidai. Mu mutum wanda ke tattalau tahajjud kaɗai sune samar cewa wajen jiya sune na iri daban.
Gina Ranar Wanda ya Centered Salat: Shawarori Tatsu
Sayan labels alarm, ba sani ba daidai. Maimakon “7:00 AM”, sayi alarm naka ce “Subhi — wake up.” Label sune sarrafa tunanin.
Karya sarari kafin kowa salat. Dakika 10 kafin sallat sune lokaci wanda ba za ka katse abubuwan waje, ba fara abubuwan sabon. Koyi gida don tunate adhan karowa azaman sanar katse loop game da abin da ka yi.
Yi amfani da wudu azaman sautun tunkatsi. Wudu kafin kowa salat sune abubuwan tatsu na tunkatsi — wanke rili da suke kaɓa. Yi amfani da shi da saniya. Kar dunƙule shi.
Bar Nafs tunate sasshi kaɗai. Sanya iyakar aro tsakanin waje sallat watse bukatun will. Lokaci da telefon naka ke katse abubuwan bugu sekandu tsakanin kowa salat, ka katse bukatarsu zaɓi — zaɓi ya kasua.
Fara tare da salat daya. Idan tsarin ka a yanzu ya gina saboba komai amma sallat, zaɓi salat daya kuma gina sasshi daya saboba shi. Subhi sune mafi karfi. Fara a nan.

5:15am — Subhi, adhkar safiya, Qur’an 6:00–8:00am — Abubuwan da ke tuɓa: rubutu, girka kaɗan, abubuwan salin 8:00am — Ciyawa safiya, iyali 8:30–12:00pm — Abubuwan aiki: taron, jija, haɗi 12:30pm — Dhuhur, ciyawa, hutu 1:30–3:30pm — Sasshi abubuwan aiki ga tunate 3:45pm — Asr, tunate ranar, adua 4:00–5:30pm — Abubuwan da ke sauki, kira, katse 5:45pm — Maghrib, cin ciyawa iyali 7:00pm — Isha, adhkar jiya 8:00pm — Karantawa, magana mafi sauki, shirye ranar waje 9:30pm — Kwanta
Haka ba kashi ba waje. Sune sanadi — gina wanda ya fito lokaci da salat sune kasua wuri ne gaskiya maimakon abubuwan jiya.
Manzon Allah (allahumma salli alayh wa assalam) ya ce: “Jiya na gani ga kirki ne gida a sallat.” Lokaci da sallat sune alfahin, sanadi, kuma jin daɗi — komai kaɗan a ranar kaɗai yana bugi saboba haka.
Sallaki naka biyar na yau-yau ba raunin ba ga ranar ka. Sune gina wanda ta sarrafa sauran locaci.
