Ilimin Tasbeeh: Me Subhanallah Ya Canza Jiji
Tuntuni ilimin jijiyar kwayona bayan yadda al'adantawar Musulmaci na tasbeeh — cewa Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, da Allahu Akbar — ya samar da tasiri mai nauyi a jiji da zuciya.

Shekara gida da dome jiya, Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya umurta abokan gida ya faɗi Subhanallah sau 33, Alhamdulillah sau 33, da Allahu Akbar sau 34 kowane daren kafin barci. Ya kira shi fi bautar bauwe game da Fatima (Allah ya yi masa nasara), ya ce zai ba ta iko wanda bauwe ba zai iya ba.
Ilimin jijiyar na yau ya fara ne kawai tunatun me yasa al’adantawar kamar wannan ta sami tasiri mai mahimmanci. Mene da jajajjanakin gida ne, ya zo daidai, tare da yadda al’ada ta koyar wa jama’a tsawon jiya.
Ba shi ne cewa arziki na dhikr shine ilimin jijiyar. Dalilin da muke faɗi Subhanallah shine saboda gaskiya shine: Allah baje tsohuwa, da muke sahad da gaskiya ta. Amma ga waɗanda ke kaɗa aikin tasbeeh, tunatun me yasa ya aiki a jikin jiya zai iya zama karfi mai iko na fara da ci gaba.
Abin da ya faru a Jijiya Yayin Tasbeeh
Sadarar Tunanin Zansa Cikin Shiru
Lokacin da jijiya ba ta kasua wata aiki ta musamman, tana zuwa abin da masanin jijiya ke kira Default Mode Network (DMN) — ƙarin kasua jijiya masu alaƙa da tunanin kai, daɗewa kaɗai, da tunanin abin da zai faru gida. Wannan shine sadar kasua jijiya: Ba na faɗi daidai ba? Abin da zai faru ba? Me yasa ni kamar nan?
Aikin da ke maimaita, mai matsalarari — da raba kalma, salah da bukatawa, da lissafit kaɗai — a jita cikin jiya yakan kaɗa abubuwan yadda DMN. Lokacin da ke lissafit tasbeeh, jijiya ke kasua. Sadar kasua-kasua na tsoron ba ta iya samun gida.
Wannan shine dalilin da masanin karatun kamar Ibn al-Qayyim suka faɗi cewa dhikr shine magani don tsoron zuciya da nasaranta — ba tabbatacce ba, amma kamar gaskiya da jama’a ta gani a tsawon jiya.
Sadarar Kasmadi ta Fara
Dr. Herbert Benson na Harvard Medical School ya gani abin da ya kira “sadarar kasmadi” — jikin kamar abin da aka sa tsara. Wannan shine kasua jijiya da zuwa tsaran da ba take da tsoron, zuwa jikin kaɗai da hubu, zuwa zubo da farin.
Sadarar kasmadi a jita cikin jiya ke fara ne:
- Maimaita kalma, jerin kalma, ko salah
- Wani yanayi na lallaba kaɗi tunanin gida (karkata zuwa maimaita)
- Wani yanayi da shiru
- Wani yanayi da dada
Wannan shine daidaitaccen bayani game da yadda dhikr ke aiki cikin al’ada Musulmaci. Maimaita Subhanallah, lallaban zuwa dhikr lokacin da jijiya ta yi ba tsi, jira game da qibla — daidai.
Neuroplasticity: Saɗa Zuwa Godiya
Jijiya ba ta zama daidai ba. Neuroni da ke zuwa tare suke wiro tare — wannan shine tushen neuroplasticity. Abin da aka yi tunanin nauya yakan saɓa yadda jikin jijiya ta ƙasua.
Lokacin da ke faɗi Alhamdulillah (Dukan yabe na Allah) sau 33 bayan kowane salah, ba ka faɗi kalma ba. Kana maimaita karkatawa na godiya da karɓa. Tsawon watanni da shekaru, wannan ya saɓa zuwa yadda jijiya ta dace.
Mutane da ke da ci gaba da godiya — ko ta ta kare-kare ko cikakken kalma kamar hamd — suna nuna karuwan godiya, ingancin barci, karfi na alakawa, da jiya.
Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya faɗi: “Waɗanda ba su gode masu jiya ba, ba su gode Allah ba.” Godiya shine wani aiki, sako, da tasbeeh ya yi ta gida.
Dopamine Ba Tare da Rashin
Jerin jiya, abincin ba saniya, da sauran abubuwan jiya ba sune abubuwan da ke ba da dopamine — karfe saɗa na taɓa lallakacciya saniye saniyai saniye ba.
Abubuwan siri, da ciki ne dhikr, sune yin tunanin ma lallakacciyar taɓa ta jijiya ta hanyar daban: hanyar da ke tare da ma’ana, haɗi, da ci gaba da ɓuri maimaita gasiyar.
Nazari a kan zikr da salah suna nuna cewa waɗanda ke ci gaba suna samu karuwan abubuwan yadda jijiya ta ɓuri (serotonin, anandamide) maimaita gasiyar saɓa da takaddammar karuwan bukatansa kamar daidaita.
Wannan shine dalilin da mutane da ke ci gaba da dhikr a jita cikin jiya sune taba da ƙa shari (sanu da rashin sha’awa) — abin da al’ada ya kira qalb mutma’inn (zuciyar da ta yi shiru).

Subhanallah — Glorification
Subhanallah ya ce cewa Allah ba dashi kaɗai ba, kaɗai ba dashi ba, kaɗai ba dashi ba. Wannan shine abin da yafi wadataccen tsoron.
Lokacin da ka faɗi Subhanallah, kana zuwa waje da iyakantacciyar hankalinki ka yarda da abubuwan da ba daidai ba, karuwan ko abubuwan nuna kunya. Masanin jijiyar, wannan shine abin da aka kira “awe” — tunanin da ke tare da kaɗaɗɗa jijiya, karuwan gobe, da tunanin haɗi.
Nazari a kan “awe” suna nuna cewa a jita cikin jiya yakan kaɗa tsoron, karuwan tunanin cewa kana da “isasshen lokaci,” ka ƙara haɗi-haɗi. Saɓa n tsoro shine awe — da Subhanallah shine awe cewa a kalma biyu.
Alhamdulillah — Godiya
Kamar yadda aka faɗi a baje, Alhamdulillah yakan tunanin jijiya game da godiya. Amma ya dace fiye da suka ce “na gode” — yakan bayar dukan godiya zuwa Allah, ba kawai a wajen nagari amma a jita koyaushe.
Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya faɗi: “Alhamdulillah ya fara zuwa mizani.” (Muslim). Wannan shine ɗaya daga cikin kalma da Allah ya zo masu so. Da daga gadin ilimin jijiyar, wannan shine ɗaya daga cikin karfin abubuwan da mutum zai iya aiki maka.
Allahu Akbar — Haɓaka
Allahu Akbar a jiya yana nuna Allah ya fi — ba kawai “babbar” amma ya fi abin da kana tunanin kuma. Ya fi tsoronka. Ya fi matsalar aiki. Ya fi abin da kake tunanin.
Lokacin da aka yi ta tasbeeh (ba tabbataccen gani ba, abin da ba daidai ba), Allahu Akbar yana aiki kaloba: yana saura da saɓa. Shi ne wani abubuwan da ke saura tunanin kai, da ke saɓa maka cewa abin da ke kasua ka ba shi ba ni, da gaskiya, karfi mafi ƴa a sarari.
Masanin kognitibo-kuɗi suna koyar hanya da aka kira “cognitive defusion” — zuwa daga tunanin da ke samun kaifi ta faɗi ko saita ta haɓaka. Allahu Akbar shine yadda gida ta samu jiya gida (shekara gida) ta hanyar da fiɗi mutane fiɗi, ci gaba da hanyar da mutane ke aiki.
Yadda za mu Ƙara Ci Gaba da Tasbeeh
Fara bayan salah. Jerin 33-33-33 aka umurta shikenan bayan salah kowa. Wannan yana nuni bukatau kuɗi a ƙara salah gida, ƙara aiki da mutane da ke amfani kuma.
Yi amfani da kaɗai ko ƙara jerin aljihu. Akwai hikima a musamman kaɗai game da dhikr — yana damre dauki da tunanin. Idan ka so aplikaɓo, ƙara aljihu zai ba ka badi da saka zaka kabari na kullum.
Sanya tasbeeh d’arna kafin barci. Sunnah tasbeeh d’arna (33 Subhanallah, 33 Alhamdulillah, 34 Allahu Akbar) shine abin da Annabi (salallahu alayhi wasallam) ya ke samun kaifi na giɗa. Wannan shine ɗaya daga cikin karfi karɗi mafi zuwa sakewar jijiya kafin barci.
Yi amfani da lokaci na tafiya. Hannu da kuɗi da motarza ne waje mai dadi na dhikr. Ƙara kaɗai a jikin motarka ko yi amfani da Nafs don ƙarar lissafit koyaushe.
Saita maƙasudi ta kullum. Masanin karatun da waɗanda suke ci gaba suna taɓa 100 na kowa azaman iyakantacciyar kaɗai — a lokaci kimanin mintina 10 cusa.
Zuciyar Aikin
Ilimin jijiyar ba ya bayar bayani me yasa dhikr ya aiki a tsohuwar sita. Asali Subhanallah ya saɓa kai shine saboda gaskiya — saboda Allah baje tsohuwa, da zuciyar jiya, wanda aka ƙera don hauwa, yakan tsara tare da shiru da salema.
“Ga, sai gida ta hanta cikin tunanin Allah.” (Ar-Ra’d 13:28)
Ilimin jijiyar kawai ya taba gani saman dahan da ya sanyi abin da jijiya ba ta iya aiki.
Faɗi Subhanallah. Faɗi shi sau 33. Ga abin da ya faru a shiru bayan na ƙarshe.
Allon ka iya saɗa hankali ka ko taimako da kai-kai. Yi amfani a abin da ya fi maƙa.
